本数据集收集了2021年12月到2025年1月期间,该数据集是基于课题研发的高活性、高稳定性阴极氧还原催化剂,委托第三方测试机构进行质量比活性测试、质量比活性衰减测试、性能衰减测试、高电位质量比活性衰减测试和高电位性能衰减测试形成的数据,以及源于课题研发的表面Ir掺杂Pt纳米立方体催化剂、L12型PtCoMn有序合金催化剂、CoNC包覆CoNi纳米颗粒催化剂的表征测试数据,主要包括电镜、XPS、XRD、XAFS、BET、Raman、UPS、电化学性能和DFT理论模拟计算等数据。数据集共包括8个数据文件夹,其中:(1)催化剂质量比活性数据,数据量6.16 MB;(2)催化剂0.6 V-0.95 V下循环30k圈后质量比活性衰减数据,数据量6.17 MB;(3)催化剂0.6 V-0.95 V下循环30k圈后性能衰减数据,数据量6.16 MB;(4)催化剂10k次高电位(1.0 V-1.5 V)循环后质量比活性衰减数据,数据量6.16 MB;(5)催化剂10k次高电位(1.0 V-1.5 V)循环后性能衰减数据,数据量6.11 MB;(6)表面Ir掺杂Pt纳米立方体催化剂实验及理论研究数据,数据量28.3 MB;(7)L12型PtCoMn有序合金催化剂实验研究数据,数据量34.8 MB;(8)CoNC包覆CoNi纳米颗粒催化剂实验及理论研究数据,数据量221 MB。
This dataset compiles data collected between December 2021 and January 2025. The data includes two parts: first, the test data commissioned to a third-party testing institution for the highly active and stable cathodic oxygen reduction catalysts developed in the research project, covering mass-specific activity test, mass-specific activity decay test, performance decay test, high-potential mass-specific activity decay test and high-potential performance decay test; second, the characterization and test data of three types of catalysts developed in the research project, namely surface Ir-doped Pt nanocube catalysts, L12-type PtCoMn ordered alloy catalysts and CoNC-coated CoNi nanoparticle catalysts. The characterization and test data mainly involve electron microscopy, XPS, XRD, XAFS, BET, Raman, UPS, electrochemical performance tests and DFT theoretical simulation calculations. The dataset contains 8 data folders, detailed as follows: (1) Catalyst mass-specific activity data, with a size of 6.16 MB; (2) Catalyst mass-specific activity decay data after 30,000 cycles between 0.6 V and 0.95 V, with a size of 6.17 MB; (3) Catalyst performance decay data after 30,000 cycles between 0.6 V and 0.95 V, with a size of 6.16 MB; (4) Catalyst mass-specific activity decay data after 10,000 high-potential (1.0 V-1.5 V) cycles, with a size of 6.16 MB; (5) Catalyst performance decay data after 10,000 high-potential (1.0 V-1.5 V) cycles, with a size of 6.11 MB; (6) Experimental and theoretical research data on surface Ir-doped Pt nanocube catalysts, with a size of 28.3 MB; (7) Experimental research data on L12-type PtCoMn ordered alloy catalysts, with a size of 34.8 MB; (8) Experimental and theoretical research data on CoNC-coated CoNi nanoparticle catalysts, with a size of 221 MB.
