Bacterial contamination of the internal organs of wild rodents

Study of the microflora of the internal organs of wild rodents. From June 2021 to August 2021, wild rodents were captured in the Lyskovsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod region in Russia. In total 37 mice were captured at this period. Captures of wild rodents were produced in the forests on the right bank of the Volga River (56.070217; 45.332745). The internal organs was as follows: lungs, liver, spleen, mesentery, and intestines.野生啮齿动物内脏微生物群落研究。2021年6月至8月，研究人员于俄罗斯下诺夫哥罗德州利斯科夫斯基区开展野生啮齿动物捕获工作。本次研究周期内共计捕获37只小鼠。捕获点位位于伏尔加河右岸的森林区域（坐标：56.070217；45.332745）。本次采集的内脏样本包括肺、肝、脾、肠系膜及肠道。
