Final Matrix.phy; Evolution of South Asian Mountain biota: dispersal, fine-scale biogeography, phylogenetics and systematics of Nannenini jumping spiders

The assembled matrix of the concatenated mitochondrial and nuclear markers of 43 taxa (22 ingroups, 21 outgroups). Concatenated alignment comprised 1-748 bp for CO1, from 749-1938 bp for 28S, from 1939-2299 H3 and from 2300-3863 18S. The total length of the final matrix was 3863 bp. It is in phylip format
