Final Matrix.phy; Evolution of South Asian Mountain biota: dispersal, fine-scale biogeography, phylogenetics and systematics of Nannenini jumping spiders

The assembled matrix of the concatenated mitochondrial and nuclear markers of 43 taxa (22 ingroups, 21 outgroups). Concatenated alignment comprised 1-748 bp for CO1, from 749-1938 bp for 28S, from 1939-2299 H3 and from 2300-3863 18S. The total length of the final matrix was 3863 bp. It is in phylip format本数据集包含43个类群（22个内类群、21个外类群）的线粒体与核标记串联拼接矩阵。该串联比对序列中，CO1的序列长度范围为1~748碱基对（bp），28S为749~1938 bp，H3为1939~2299 bp，18S为2300~3863 bp。最终拼接矩阵的总长度为3863 bp，采用PHYLIP格式存储。
