A palladium-catalyzed ring-opening
oxo-formal [3 + 2]-cycloaddition
reaction of novel donor–acceptor spirovinylcyclopropyl oxindole
with 3-oxindole is described. The developed protocol provides facile
access to oxo-bispirooxindole derivatives in good yields (up to 82%
yield) with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to 20:1 dr).
本文报道了一种新型供体-受体螺乙烯基环丙基氧化吲哚与3-氧化吲哚参与的钯催化开环氧代形式[3+2]环加成反应。所开发的合成方法可便捷获得氧代双螺氧化吲哚类衍生物,产物收率优良(最高可达82%),且具备优异的非对映选择性(最高达20:1 dr)。
