Clinical data of chronic hepatitis B patients with low-level viremia

This was a single-center, retrospective cohort study. CHB patients were enrolled in the hepatitis clinic of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from November 2020 to November 2023. Enrollment criteria were: (1) Receive monotherapy with ETV, TDF, and TAF for at least 48 weeks; (2) Conventional HBV DNA testing below LLOQ (LLOQ: 100 IU/ml); (3) Voluntary participation in high-sensitivity HBV DNA testing(LLOQ: 10 IU/ml). Exclusion criteria were : (1) Treatment with IFN-α or non-first-line antiviral drugs within 12 months before enrollment; (2) Combination therapy with other antiviral drugs such as NAs+NAs and NAs+IFN-α within 12 months before enrollment; (3) Combining drug-induced, hereditary, alcoholic, autoimmune, metabolic and other liver diseases; (4) History of liver tumors or other malignant tumors; (5) Accept immunosuppressive drugs, cytotoxic drugs, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment; (6) Patients with poor compliance or self-withdrawal during follow-up. The design of this study was consistent with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The content of the dataset is mainly de-labeled patient information, including clinical examination and test results.
