Ref Fig 5C, 5D, 6B, 6D, 7C<br><b>trawler_output.zip</b>contains all the associated output file from uploading a cluster bed into Trawler. As these files can be large <b>only outputs from clusters appearing in figures</b> are uploaded.<br>Anyone wishing to obtain motifs from different clusters can upload the corresponding cluster bed file.

<b>trawler_output.zip</b>包含了将聚类BED文件上传至Trawler后生成的全部关联输出文件。鉴于此类文件体积普遍较大，<b>本压缩包仅收录了对应于图中出现的聚类的输出结果</b>。
若需获取其他聚类的基序（motif），可上传对应的聚类BED文件。
