The Cyclic AMP Receptor Protein Regulates Quorum Sensig and Global Gene Expression in Yersinia pestis During Planktonic Growth and Growth in Biofilms

我们采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对处于浮游生长与生物膜生长状态的鼠疫耶尔森菌（Yersinia pestis）进行研究，以鉴定受Crp调控、受生物膜调控以及受葡萄糖调控的基因。整体实验设计为：在葡萄糖与甘油培养基中，分别于浮游态及生物膜态下，对比野生型鼠疫耶尔森菌与crp缺失突变株的转录本表达差异。
