Surface sampling capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry

An example RAW file obtained from surface sampling capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry (SS-CE-MS) analysis of rat brain tissue is provided. Additionally, the mzmine file containing the peak lists for MZmine 2 analysis for the provided raw file is included. If readers are interested only in the detected features, CSV peaks lists are included for the deisotoped molecular features and pseudo spectra peaks from CAMERA screening.本数据集提供一例通过表面取样毛细管电泳质谱（SS-CE-MS）分析大鼠脑组织所得的原始文件。此外，还附带了用于对该原始文件开展MZmine 2分析的峰列表mzmine文件。若读者仅关注已检测到的分子特征，本数据集还提供了经CAMERA筛选得到的去同位素化分子特征与伪谱峰的CSV格式峰列表。
