Genome sequencing of endosymbionts from the psyllid Cacopsylla picta

Sequencing and assembly of the genomes of the predominant endosymbionts of the psyllid Cacopsylla picta from northern Italy. Complete genomes were assembled from metagenomic data.针对意大利北部梨木虱（Cacopsylla picta）体内优势内共生体的基因组开展测序与组装；通过宏基因组数据成功组装获得了该类共生体的完整基因组。
