4C-seq of CCL2 promoter contacts in primary human aortic endothelial cells and TeloHAEC cell line before and after TNFa stimulation

We characterized DNA contacts of CCL2 promoter to show its interactions with RELA binding sites within a super-enhancer in primary human aortic endothelial cells and TeloHAEC cell line under basal and TNFa stimulated conditions

本研究对CCL2启动子(CCL2 promoter)的DNA接触位点进行了表征，以揭示其在基础状态及肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）刺激条件下，于原代人主动脉内皮细胞(primary human aortic endothelial cells)与TeloHAEC细胞系(TeloHAEC cell line)中，与超级增强子(super-enhancer)内RELA结合位点(RELA binding sites)的相互作用。
