Global SPEI data based on AEDclm

Global monthly SPEI datasets calculated from observed precipitation datasets (MSWEP and CHIRPS) combined with climatological atmospheric evaporative demand (AED) from hPET and GLEAM v4.全球逐月标准化降水蒸散指数（Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index，SPEI）数据集，由观测降水数据集（MSWEP与CHIRPS）结合来自hPET与GLEAM v4的气候学大气蒸发需求（Atmospheric Evaporative Demand，AED）计算得到。
