The goal of this study is to compare differetial gene expressions between Riociguat and Vehicle control treatment in human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells Human cordd blood CD34+ cell mRNA profiles after 16 hours treatment of Riociguat or Vehicle control本研究旨在对比经利奥西呱（Riociguat）或溶剂对照（Vehicle control）孵育16小时后的人类脐带血CD34阳性细胞（人类造血干细胞及祖细胞，human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells）的mRNA表达谱（mRNA profiles）中，两种处理方式对应的差异基因表达水平。
