DNA methylation and mRNA expression associated with anti-TNF response in Crohn's disease
收藏资源简介:
In this multi-omics study investigating primary non-response to anti-TNF therapy in Crohn's disease (CD), peripheral whole blood was collected from CD patients initiating adalimumab (ADA) or infliximab (IFX) treatment, within the EPIC-CD cohort. Treatment response was assessed using a composite endpoint incorporating endoscopic, biochemical and clinical criteria. Bulk mRNA sequencing and epigenome-wide DNA methylation profiling using the Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip array (Illumina) were performed for both the ADA and IFX cohorts. This record contains summary statistics generated by the analysis published on Github (https://github.com/fmol98/CD8_antiTNF), comprising mRNA sequencing data for both cohorts and DNA methylation data for the IFX cohort. DNA methylation data for the ADA cohort were previously deposited on the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) as part of the EPIC-CD parent study (Joustra et al., Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology, 2025), under accession EGAD00010002720 (discovery cohort) and EGAD00010002721 (validation cohort).
