The goal of this experiment is to measure the changes in gene expression in E4BP4 deficient in vitro induced mice Tfh cells. Overall design: We screened the gene expression profiles of Tfh cells that were differentiated in vitro after isolation from E4BP4-conditional knockout mice and wild-type mice using RNA-seq to further clarify the role of E4BP4 in regulating Tfh cell differentiation.

本实验旨在检测体外诱导的E4BP4缺陷型小鼠滤泡辅助T（T follicular helper, Tfh）细胞中的基因表达变化。实验设计概述：本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing, RNA-seq），对从E4BP4条件性敲除小鼠与野生型小鼠体内分离、并经体外诱导分化得到的Tfh细胞进行基因表达谱分析，以进一步阐明E4BP4在调控Tfh细胞分化过程中的作用。
