Members of the genus Bifidobacterium are among the most common organisms in the mammalian intestinal tract. We analyzed whole-genome sequences and compared the genome structures of some bifidobacteria aiming to know the genetic features of human-resident bifidobacteria and non-human-resident bifidobacteria.双歧杆菌属（Bifidobacterium）的成员是哺乳动物肠道中最常见的微生物之一。本研究对部分双歧杆菌的全基因组序列进行了分析，并比较了其基因组结构，旨在明确定居于人体的双歧杆菌与定居于非人宿主的双歧杆菌的遗传特征。
