This study provides the first histone distribution data in a mushroom forming fungus. Mushrooms are of great nutritional value and a better understanding of their development is necessary to improve the production. Here, the distribution of H3K4me2 is mapped during monokaryotic and dikaryotic development in model orgamism Schizophyllum commune, to reveal developmental regulators.

本研究首次报道了蘑菇形成真菌的组蛋白分布数据。蘑菇具有极高的营养价值,为提升其产量,深入解析其生长发育机制至关重要。本研究以模式生物裂褶菌(*Schizophyllum commune*)为研究对象,绘制了其单核体与双核体发育阶段的H3K4me2(组蛋白H3赖氨酸4二甲基化)分布图谱,以期揭示其发育调控因子。
