Analysis of TC-mAb mice (Exp7: Cell sorting of germinal center B cells)

The experiment had been performed to isolate germinal center B cells for the analysis of the B cell receptor repertoires of human antibody-procducing mice (TC-mAb mice). The flow cytometry experiment was designed to detect the subsets of germinal center B (CD38lo/-GL7+) in the spleen of unimmunized mice and immunized mice at 14, 21 days after immunization.
