Identification of AtALKBH1A and AtALKBH1B as DNA N6-adenine demethylases in Arabidopsis thaliana

Wild type and alkbh1a/1b seeds were stratified for two days, dry and stratified seeds were collected to extract total RNA for mRNA-seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from mRNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for dry and stratified wild type and atalkbh1a/1b seeds.

将野生型及alkbh1a/1b种子进行两天层积处理，收集干种子与层积处理后的种子，提取总RNA以开展信使RNA测序（mRNA-seq）。随后基于mRNA-seq所得数据进行基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：针对干种子及层积处理后的野生型、atalkbh1a/1b种子的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，开展对比性基因表达谱分析。
