Wheat (Chisenese Spring) and Zymoseptoria tritici AvrStb6-expressing virulent and avirulent strains transcriptomes analyses Overall design: We performed a comparative transcriptomic approach to of wheat responses to i) a virulent strain 3D7-GFP, ii) an avirulent strain 3D7-GFP+AvrStb61E4, iii) mock inoculation with water that we used as negative control for infections assays and, iv) the infiltration of AvrStb6 purified protein, v) infiltration of leaves with with PBS buffer used as a negative control for infiltration assay. All treatments were done in triplicates.
