Operetta Drug Profiling benchmark 10x multiwell plate

Example dataset of leukemia cells from a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model co-cultured with mesenchymal stromal cells. Cells were exposed to a library of drugs (conditions.csv) including standard chemotherapeutics (e.g. vincristine, idarubicin, dexamethasone) and targeted agents (e.g. venetoclax, dasatinib, eltanexor). The cells are stained with a viability dye (CyQuant) and imaged at the PerkinElmer Operetta high-content microscope in 10x magnification.
