Effect of Lipiodol on Dendritic Cell

Hysterosalpingography with Lipiodol is known to enhance fertility. Frequency of mature dendritic cell of pertitoneal cavity is higher in the patients after hysterosalpingography with Lipiodol than control. In order to elucidate the mechanism of fertility enhancing effect of Lipiodl, we used microarray to clarify the effect of Lipiodol on dendritic cells. Monocyte derived dendritic cells from monocytes obtained from healthy doner were cultured with or without 1% Lipiodol.已知采用碘化油（Lipiodol）的子宫输卵管造影术（Hysterosalpingography）可提升生育能力。相较于对照组，接受碘化油子宫输卵管造影术的患者，其腹膜腔成熟树突状细胞的频率更高。为阐明碘化油提升生育能力的作用机制，本研究采用基因芯片（microarray）技术，明确碘化油对树突状细胞的影响。本研究从健康供体（healthy donor）的单核细胞中分离得到单核细胞，将其诱导分化为单核细胞源性树突状细胞，随后分别在添加1%碘化油与不添加碘化油的培养条件下进行培养。
