Molecular characterisation of the sheep duplicate GH gene. GH2-Z, Fragment 1.

This filset contains Sanger sequencing chromatogram files, analysed in the unpublished paper “Genetic variability and linkage disequilibrium patterns in the sheep (Ovis aries) GH1/GH2-N and GH2-Z gene copies in relation to milk traits”. Sanger sequences were produced after PCR amplification of the GH2-Z gene copy: the number on each file corresponds to each animal of the study population, the letter “Z” after the number means that the sequence was from the GH2-Z gene; the following letters correspond to the primer used for the sequencing reaction. The .b extention corresponds to the forward fragments, while the .g extension corresponds to the reverse fragments (see the "St. Louis" read naming convention assumed by Phrap, http://www.phrap.org/phredphrapconsed.html).

本数据集包含桑格测序峰图文件（Sanger sequencing chromatogram files），其相关分析曾用于未发表论文《绵羊（Ovis aries）GH1/GH2-N与GH2-Z基因拷贝的遗传变异及连锁不平衡模式与乳性状的关联》。本次所用的桑格序列均通过对GH2-Z基因拷贝进行聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增获得：每个文件的编号对应研究群体中的每一头受试个体；编号后的字母“Z”表示该序列来源于GH2-Z基因；后续字母则代表测序反应所使用的引物。文件的.b后缀对应正向测序片段，.g后缀则对应反向测序片段（详见Phrap所采用的“圣路易斯”读段命名规范，http://www.phrap.org/phredphrapconsed.html）。
