Protected areas: cultural reserves

With the support of the Environmental Code, the municipality or county administrative board can protect valuable culturally characterised landscape areas such as cultural reserves. They can be established on both state, municipal or private land.在《环境法典》（Environmental Code）的支撑下，市级或县级行政管理部门可对具有重要文化价值的特色景观区域予以保护，例如文化保护区。此类保护区域可设立于国有、市级所有或私人所有的土地之上。
