Safety Study of the Drug MM-151 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Resisting Ordinary Treatment

This study is a Phase 1 and pharmacologic open-labeled dose-escalation trial using a "3+3" design, evaluating MM-151 at varying dose levels and frequencies, and subsequently in combination with irinotecan.本研究为一项采用"3+3"设计的I期（Phase 1）药代动力学开放标签剂量爬坡临床试验，旨在评估不同剂量水平与给药频次下的MM-151，后续将进一步考察其与伊立替康（irinotecan）联合用药的情况。
