We attempted to identify the miR-375-3p target genes using a microarray analysis to evaluate the function and transfection efficiency of miR-375-3p mimic. MicroRNA (miR)-375 was identified and function analyzed as lymph node metastasis (LNM)-related microRNAs in OSCC. By miRNA microarrays of early OSCC tissues (T1-2) in tumor part compared to adjacent normal part, miR-375 was a significant decrease in expression level with LNM cases. In thi study, we performed a functional analysis of miR-375 and search the target genes in OSCC cells.

本研究采用基因芯片(microarray)分析技术,鉴定miR-375-3p的靶基因,以评估miR-375-3p模拟物(mimic)的功能与转染效率。微小RNA(miR)-375已被鉴定为口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma, OSCC)中与淋巴结转移(Lymph Node Metastasis, LNM)相关的微小RNA,且已有针对其功能的相关研究。通过对T1-2期早期口腔鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤组织与配对癌旁正常组织开展miRNA基因芯片检测,结果显示:伴淋巴结转移的病例中,miR-375的表达水平显著下调。本研究针对口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞中的miR-375开展功能分析,并筛选其潜在靶基因。
