The ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) is known to possess important regulatory functions in the immune response. To gain a better and first comprehensive insight into the mechanisms underlying the conversion of immature to mature DC in terms of the expression of UPS related genes, we undertook a comparative gene expression profiling during DC maturation in response to four different prototypic maturation stimuli. Keywords: time course Monocyte-derived DC were harvested at 3 different periods of time following stimulation for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin proteasome system, UPS)已知在免疫应答中发挥重要调控功能。为首次且更全面地深入解析未成熟树突状细胞(Dendritic Cell, DC)向成熟树突状细胞转化过程中泛素-蛋白酶体系统相关基因的表达调控机制,我们针对四种典型成熟刺激因子诱导的树突状细胞成熟过程,开展了比较基因表达谱分析。关键词:时间进程(time course)。本研究在刺激后的三个不同时间点收集单核细胞来源的树突状细胞,用于RNA提取并在Affymetrix微阵列上完成杂交实验。
