AsmSV Experimental VCF Results, Simulated BED Files and Analysis Scripts Across Multiple Datasets

This dataset contains all experimental resources generated and utilized in the evaluation of the AsmSV structural variation detection method. It includes variant call format (VCF) outputs predicted by AsmSV on multiple test datasets, BED annotation files corresponding to all simulated genomic data, and the complete collection of executable scripts used for data simulation, model running, result processing and statistical analysis in all experiments. All files are organized in a standardized structure to ensure full reproducibility of AsmSV benchmarking experiments. This repository provides complete open-source experimental materials for subsequent structural variation research, method comparison and secondary data analysis.
