Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in maize plants (standard maize line B73) in controlled conditions under continuous light. Tissues of the leaf elongation zone were sampled from plants well watered every 12 hours before and after lights on. Overall design: A nine chip (Biogemma Nimblegen Custom Array) study using total RNA recovered from three replicates (plants) sampled every 12 hours (1h before and 12 and 24h after lights on).本研究针对受控培养环境下持续光照的玉米植株（标准玉米自交系B73），开展全基因组基因表达水平变化的检测分析。 实验从水分供应充足的植株中采集叶伸长区组织样本，取样间隔为12小时，具体时间点为光照开启前1小时、光照开启后12小时与24小时。 实验整体设计：采用9张Biogemma Nimblegen定制基因芯片开展研究，所用总RNA提取自3次生物学重复的植株样本，取样规则与时间点同前述。
