PRDM16 regulates arterial development and vascular integrity

The role of PRDM16 in endothelial cells during developmental angiogenesis has not been well characterized. Here, we deleted Prdm16, isolated in endothelial cells from the brain, and submitted for RNA-seq to elucidate the mechanism of PRDM16.PR结构域锌指蛋白16（PRDM16）在发育性血管生成过程中在内皮细胞中的作用尚未得到充分解析。本研究从小脑中分离内皮细胞并敲除其中的Prdm16，随后对样本进行RNA测序（RNA-seq），旨在阐明PRDM16的作用机制。
