Data for "Intrinsic plasmon canalization in the biaxial van der Waals crystal MoOCl2"

Raw data associated with the paper “Intrinsic plasmon canalization in the biaxial van der Waals crystal MoOCl₂.” The dataset includes far-field measurements at visible frequencies, used to infer the flake thicknesses, and far-field measurements in the mid-infrared, used to retrieve the in-plane dielectric function. Near-field maps acquired at different wavelengths are provided to determine the canalization point for flakes of varying thickness.
