The aim of this trial is to compare the efficacy and safety of insulin degludec/liraglutide and insulin degludec both in combination with metformin in Japanese subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus inadequately controlled with basal or pre-mix/combination insulin therapy and oral anti-diabetic drugs.

本试验在亚洲地区开展。本试验旨在对比德谷胰岛素/利拉鲁肽复方制剂（insulin degludec/liraglutide）与德谷胰岛素（insulin degludec）分别联合二甲双胍（metformin），用于接受基础胰岛素或预混/联合胰岛素治疗联合口服降糖药（oral anti-diabetic drugs）后血糖控制不佳的日本2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus）受试者的疗效与安全性。
