The Evening Complex Coordinates Environmental and Endogenous signals in Arabidopsis

The Evening Complex (EC) is a part of the plant circadian clock, and it has been proposed that it is involved in light and thermoresponsiveness. Here we identify the genome-wide targets of the EC via a combination of ChIP-seq and RNA-seq experiments.傍晚复合体（Evening Complex，EC）是植物生物钟的组成部分，现有研究表明其参与光响应与温度响应过程。本研究通过染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）与转录组测序（RNA-seq）的联合实验，鉴定了EC的全基因组靶标。
