Dendrobium nobile , Dendrobium wardianum and their F1 progeny Raw sequence reads

100 F1 plants from a interspecific hybridization between Dendrobium nobile and D. wardianum was constructed based on the pseudo-testcross strategy. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) approach was employed to identify a large number of SNP markers for parents and progeny,and 9645 SNP markers were organized into a high-density genetic map.本研究基于拟测交（pseudo-testcross）策略，构建得到金钗石斛（Dendrobium nobile）与翅梗石斛（Dendrobium wardianum，原文缩写为D. wardianum）种间杂交的100株F1代植株。采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术对亲本及该群体进行测序，鉴定得到大量单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）标记，最终将9645个SNP标记整合构建为一张高密度遗传连锁图谱。
