ONT adaptive sampling was performed to determine if multiple 3' telomere configurations exist for Borrelia venezuelensis RMA01 F28 plasmids. Borrelia turicatae 91E135's F28 plasmid was used as a control since it should have only 3' telomere configuration.

本研究开展了牛津纳米孔技术(Oxford Nanopore Technologies,ONT)自适应采样实验,以验证委内瑞拉疏螺旋体(Borrelia venezuelensis)RMA01菌株的F28质粒是否存在多种3'端端粒构型。本研究选用图里卡疏螺旋体(Borrelia turicatae)91E135菌株的F28质粒作为对照,因该质粒仅应存在单一3'端端粒构型。
