A regional survey in California and Nevada of plant species dynamics under shrubs and in the open from 2019-2020

A synthesis of field data from vegetation survey 0.5m plots.A total of 601 observations were summarized to plot-level data here. Each row is a sampling instance, i.e plot.The aridity vector is from this data product: Fick, S. E., and R. J. Hijmans. 2023. WorldClim 2: new 1km spatial resolution climate surfaces for global land areas.
