Response along a boreal hydrological transect on a slope from upland forest to peatland

Peatland soil cores were collected from three boreal habitats along a hydrological transect (bog, intermediate site, and upland forest). For each soil type different horizons were collected. Microbial community structure was analyzed by 16S amplicon sequencing.

本研究从沿水文样带分布的3处寒带生境（泥炭沼泽、过渡样地与高地森林）中采集泥炭地土壤柱芯。针对不同土壤类型的各发生层次分别采集样品，并采用16S扩增子测序技术分析微生物群落结构。
