Supporting information for the stringApp 2.0 manuscript

Supporting Information for the stringApp manuscript entitled Cytoscape stringApp 2.0: analysis and visualization of heterogeneous biological networks. The Cytoscape sessions contain a cross-species network of a malaria parasite, its host and vector, generated with the stringApp and an experimentally determined virus–host network (Gordon et al., Nature, 2020) complemented with STRING interactions and additional information using stringApp.题为《Cytoscape stringApp 2.0：异质生物网络的分析与可视化》的stringApp研究论文的补充材料。本次提供的Cytoscape会话文件包含两类网络：一类是通过stringApp生成的疟原虫、其宿主及传播媒介的跨物种网络；另一类是经实验测定的病毒-宿主网络（Gordon等人，《自然》，2020年），该网络补充了STRING数据库（STRING）相互作用数据，并通过stringApp添加了额外信息。
