表型可塑性（Phenotypic plasticity）介导卵巢癌侵袭与远处转移。
实验整体设计：获取卵巢癌细胞系OV90、CAOV3及SKOV6中，CD44高表达伴上皮细胞黏附分子（Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule, EpCAM）高表达，以及CD44高表达伴EpCAM低表达样本的RNA测序（RNAseq）谱。
