表型可塑性(Phenotypic plasticity)介导卵巢癌侵袭与远处转移。
实验整体设计:获取卵巢癌细胞系OV90、CAOV3及SKOV6中,CD44高表达伴上皮细胞黏附分子(Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule, EpCAM)高表达,以及CD44高表达伴EpCAM低表达样本的RNA测序(RNAseq)谱。
