The current multidrug therapy is effective against leprosy but remains long and difficult to observe for patients supporting the need of monthly -based treatment. 本数据集为投稿至《自然-通讯》（Nature Communications）、题为《telacebec对麻风分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium leprae）前所未有的体内抗菌活性》的研究手稿的原始数据。当前针对麻风病的多药联合治疗方案虽具疗效，但疗程冗长且患者依从性不佳，亟需开发每月一次给药的治疗方案。本研究证实了telacebec的抗麻风分枝杆菌活性。
