Long-term coastal ecosystem data show a shift from diatom to diatom-dinoflagellate co-dominance since the 2000s, corresponding to substantial environmental changes including organic-dominated nutrient regimes and elevated dissolved inorganic nitrogen‑to‑phosphorus ratios. In this study, a Nutrient-bi-Phytoplankton-Detritus (NbPD) model integrating physiological and molecular-scale mechanisms was developed and calibrated using four decade-spanning mesocosm experiments (2000s–2020s) to unravel phytoplankton succession dynamics in the Bohai Sea (BS).
长期近岸生态系统监测数据显示,自2000年代以来,浮游植物群落已从硅藻单一优势态转变为硅藻与甲藻共优势的格局,这一变化对应着一系列显著的环境改变,包括以有机态营养盐为主的营养盐体系,以及升高的溶解态无机氮磷比。本研究构建并校准了一款整合生理与分子尺度机制的营养盐-双浮游植物-碎屑(Nutrient-bi-Phytoplankton-Detritus, NbPD)模型,基于四项覆盖2000年代至2020年代的围隔实验,以揭示渤海的浮游植物群落演替动态。
