Transcriptome studies of C2C12 differentiation have significantly contributed to our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying muscle differentiation. One common deficiency in transcriptome studies of C2C12 differentiation is the selection of time points for analysis. The process of muscle differentiation is dynamic and involves multiple stages. Researchers need to carefully choose the time points to capture the key transcriptional changes that occur during different phases of differentiation. This study aims to provide significant experimental data for the study of C2C12 myogenesis by clarifying transcriptome changes at different time points during myoblast differentiation.
针对C2C12细胞分化的转录组(transcriptome)研究,极大推动了我们对肌肉分化背后分子机制的认知。当前,此类C2C12分化转录组学研究普遍存在一项局限:分析时间点的选取问题。肌肉分化过程具有动态性,涵盖多个阶段,研究人员需审慎挑选时间节点,以捕捉分化不同阶段中发生的关键转录变化。本研究旨在通过解析成肌细胞分化进程中不同时间点的转录组变化,为C2C12肌发生相关研究提供重要实验数据。
