Statistically significant upregulation and downregulation of repetitive element expression in mutant ES cell lines or testes is indicated by up and down arrows respectively. Changes that only appear to affect a small number of probes for a repetitive element are indicated in brackets. The degree of change in gene expression detected for these elements is detailed in the main text. *Although changes in MMERVK10C expression were not detected in Dnmt TKO ES cell microrray data in this study, RNA-seq analysis suggests that some genomic copies of MMERVK10C are upregulated in Dnmt TKO ES cells [22].

当突变型胚胎干细胞(Embryonic Stem Cell, ES)系或睾丸中的重复序列元件表达出现统计学显著上调与下调时,分别以向上箭头与向下箭头标注。仅对某一重复序列元件的少量探针产生影响的表达变化,以方括号标注。上述元件的基因表达变化幅度详见正文。 *尽管本研究中DNA甲基转移酶三重敲除(DNA methyltransferase Triple Knockout, Dnmt TKO)ES细胞的微阵列(microarray)数据未检测到MMERVK10C的表达变化,但RNA测序(RNA Sequencing, RNA-seq)分析显示,Dnmt TKO ES细胞中部分MMERVK10C基因组拷贝存在上调现象[22]。
