Halyomorpha halys Complete Mitochondrial Genome Sequencing and Assembly. Halyomorpha halys isolate:G_9

The main goal of the research was to identify the haplotype of an invasive population of H.halys in Georgia. As a result of our research, it was found that only H1 haplotype of Chinese origin is widespread in Georgia. Complete mitochondrial DNA sequence of Halyomorpha halys of Samegrelo (Georgia) sample (H1 haplotype) (HGS) was sequenced.本研究的核心目标为鉴定格鲁吉亚境内入侵种群茶翅蝽（Halyomorpha halys，缩写H. halys）的单倍型。经研究发现，仅中国起源的H1单倍型在格鲁吉亚境内广泛分布。本研究完成了采自格鲁吉亚萨梅格列罗地区的茶翅蝽样本（H1单倍型，编号HGS）的完整线粒体DNA序列测定。
