The experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design, with four replicates. Each experimental unit was composed by eight plants. The 16 treatments tested are listed in table 1.
A total of 37 harvests were carried out, twice a week, during the complete maturity stage, segregating commercial from non-commercial fruits. Commercial fruits harvested in each experimental unit were weighed with the aid of a scale. Afterwards, the fruit mass per plant was calculated, dividing total mass of reaped fruits by the number of plants in the experimental units. The values of mean mass of fruits per plant (g plant-1), obtained in each harvest, was continuously accumulated for each experimental units
本实验采用完全随机区组设计(randomized complete block design),设置4次生物学重复。每个实验单元包含8株供试植株。本次试验共设置16个处理,具体信息详见表1。
在果实完全成熟阶段,每周采收2次,累计开展37次采收作业,采收过程中将商品果与非商品果进行分选分离。各实验单元采收的商品果通过称重装置进行称重。随后以该实验单元内采收果实的总质量除以植株总数,计算得到单株果实质量。将每次采收所得的单株平均果实质量(单位:g·株⁻¹)数值,按各实验单元进行持续累加。
