Vicia faba strain:Albus Transcriptome or Gene expression

The transcriptomes of 7-day old seedlings from two inbred Vicia faba lines were sequenced, assembled, and searched for SNPs. Within this study 891 of these SNPs were developed into KASPAssays and validated and 656 of these were mapped, using six F2 populations.本研究对两个自交蚕豆（Vicia faba）品系的7日龄幼苗转录组开展测序、组装及单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）位点检索。在此基础上，研究人员将其中891个SNP位点开发为KASP检测（KASPAssays）并完成验证；随后利用6个F₂群体，对其中656个SNP位点进行了遗传定位。
