In order to study the key gene networks of sugar metabolism in persimmon fruits, we took the CPCNA persimmon 'Luotian tianshi' fruit as the research object to screen the key differentially expressed genes involving the metabolism of soluble sugar during the maturation of persimmon fruits through integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis.为解析柿果糖代谢的关键基因网络，本研究以CPCNA柿‘罗田甜柿’的果实为研究材料，通过整合转录组学与代谢组学联合分析，筛选柿果成熟过程中参与可溶性糖代谢的关键差异表达基因。
