Brazil: bribery victimization rate 2023

Brazilian people who participated in a survey conducted in 2023 were asked if they had to pay a bribe in different interactions with public authorities (police officers and/or government employees). The share of respondents -almost five percent - who claimed to be victims of bribery in Brazil by police officers was significantly higher that year than by government employees.在2023年进行的一项调查中，巴西受访者被问及在与其他公共当局（如警察官员及/或政府雇员）的互动过程中是否被迫支付贿赂。当年，声称成为巴西警察官员贿赂受害者比例的受访者——几乎占总人数的五分之一——显著高于政府雇员的贿赂受害者比例。
