16s RNA, NarG, NirK, NirS, NapA assays diversity analysis for partial denitrification biofilm reactors

The study analyzed the microbial community diversity of bacteria, NarG, NirK, NirS, NapA enzymes developed from the seeding sludge to mature biofilm samples in partial denitrification process.本研究分析了部分反硝化工艺中从接种污泥至成熟生物膜的系列样品内细菌及硝酸盐还原酶G亚基（NarG）、亚硝酸盐还原酶K（NirK）、亚硝酸盐还原酶S（NirS）、周质硝酸盐还原酶A（NapA）的微生物群落多样性。
