Clustering of telomeric motif-1 occurences and comparison with A/B subgenomes

All motif-1 occurrences of the 3 species (Minc, Mjav, Mare) were clustered at 99.9% identity using CD-HIT and clustering results were cross-referenced with A/B subgenomes assignments. 针对3个物种（Minc、Mjav、Mare）的所有基序-1（motif-1）匹配位点，以99.9%的序列一致性阈值通过CD-HIT工具完成聚类，并将聚类结果与A/B亚基因组（A/B subgenome）的分配信息进行交叉验证。
工作表1：包含52个聚类的相关信息，涵盖其所属物种、来源重叠群（contig）以及重叠群上的位置坐标。
